Blush Tieks!

Finding shoes that look nice and allow me to be on my feet all day is always a tough task. One of the symptoms of my Lupus is arthritis, so unfortunately some days I feel more like an 80 year old lady walking around. Because of this, finding a perfect pair of shoes is like finding a needle in a haystack! It seems impossible, but you know they’re out there. I’m so glad I finally found Tieks. They’re comfortable, durable, and best of all they’re beautiful! Tieks even fold up to a smaller size so they’re travel friendly (which is great because lets face it- I have serious issues with overpacking EVERYTHING). And as if that’s not enough, they also have these super gorgeous turquoise details to set them apart from the rest.

The Tieks I am wearing are a brand new patent blush color. The shade is a soft neutral that can be easily incorporated into your wardrobe. The blush pink hue is colorful and feminine, but without being loud and over the top. The patent leather also has a gloriously glossy finish which makes them feel a bit more dressed up.

With a higher neckline in front and an open back with a big beautiful bow, this dress by Lauren James makes me feel so pretty and girly! And isn’t that mint seersucker fabric just full of southern charm? It’s surprisingly comfortable. Also, POCKETS.

My handbag is super convenient because it doubles as both a tote and a cross body. It’s also large enough that it’ll tow around all of my clutter (eight granola bars, twenty tubes of lipstick, several types of candy, and other random items) with room to spare. The pocket on the outside is great for keeping my phone handy while the main compartment is zipped up!
