What’s cool about Key West is being able to just walk around and explore. Your car is almost useless for a lack of parking, and everything is within a walk or bike ride. We didn’t have to explore for too long before we found our location, the porch of our hotel. NYAH was one of the cutest places I’ve stayed at in a while. There were multiple pools, the cutest pink chairs in the lobby, and a happy hour with wine, cheese, and crackers every day (have I mentioned before how much I love free food?).
Besides the fact that the Campanula Peplum Tank fuels my peplum addiction, it’s also super soft. No matter your shape, this peplum top will enhance all features. If your body is more pencil than hourglass, it will add dimension and give you curves. If you’re very curvy like a pear or hourglass, it will just enhance your curves. Since this top isn’t super structured, it makes this the perfect peplum for those with curvier bodies.
What makes the Skyflower Shorts work isn’t that they’re a fun bright floral pattern, it’s the lines that help outline the pockets. These lines have a slimming effect on your legs; it’s easy to get overwhelmed in a pattern like this, but the lines help balance everything out. These shorts also have a higher waist than your typical pair. They aren’t high waisted, but they come up just high enough that you don’t have to worry about bending over and having a fashion faux pas moment like your plumber might.
I’ve been really into white tops lately, but I’ve noticed if I forget to accessorize (like I often do) the white can sometimes become a little much. This teal Moondance Fringe Necklace adds just the right amount of color and also gives any of my white tops or dresses just the right amount of flair.
If you know me or follow me on Instagram, you know I have a MASSIVE sweet tooth. It doesn’t matter if we’re talking cotton candy (which I’m eating as I write this) or milkshakes. All desserts are equal in my book. My sister and I were on our way to get ice cream for lunch when we ran into a macaron shop. I’d never had them before so of course we went in and bought a box. They’re the cutest, most fragile, delicious dessert. Biting into one is almost as fun as breaking the caramel glaze on crème brulee. Even so, we still stopped for ice cream afterwards.
